Fabulously Modern Serviced apartments in the very hub of Blackpool. 150 yards from the beach and promenade and a step away from the best bars in town. If you want to be in the middle of all that Blackpool has to offer we have the perfect place to stay for your visit. All our beautiful Apartments benefit from Smart TVs in every bedroom and living area, free full Fibre Wi-Fi, microwaves, ironing facilities, cooking facilities with all the additional packages you could wish for! All bedding and one towel per guest is provided.
Apartment Three
A beautiful spacious apartment to the front of the property set over 2 floors, this apartment sleeps 6 guests the is one bedroom to the rear middle of the property and one on the top floor with the loft space.
The apartment has one a twin double bedroom on the 1st floor and a separate double bedroom on the top floor with its own en-suite with a large open plan lounge dining area for all guests as well as a modern fully equipped fitted kitchen and a luxurious shower-room.

• Within 30 days, guest can change the date of their stay and use the cost paid as a credit to any owing balance.
• No refunds for cancellations made within 2 days of check-in.
If you don’t book direct & book via any other booking site or agent such as booking.com or Airbnb, their own cancellation policies will apply. Any cancellation & refund will be out of out control and will be handed by the booking provider.
Please note: We do not provide cots, high chairs or any other such amenities. These will have to be provided by yourself. We may be able to supply items you are unable to bring at an additional cost. Please contact us before you book.
We will automatically charge your card for the remaining balance approx. 14 days prior to your arrival.
Damage Deposit – We will also hold a £250.00 damage deposit which will be returned to you upon checkout (Subject to no damages)

Franks apartments
My fourth return to this apartment so central well designed stylish and equipped .. wish I could take the bed and sheets home .new good restaurants and bars very near , and so central great location . It’s spotless .

Apartments are ideally situated for amenities they are close to lots of bars but this did not affect our sleep.
The apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated would not hesitate to stay there again

Our stay at Pier View House was fantastic and Sam was very helpful when booking. The house itself was comfortable, clean and extremely spacious. The location was perfect for visiting the attractions. We even left a little fitter as it was 60 steps up to the kitchen! Will definitely stay again.
